The goal of the Course is to increase your understanding of the law, and unravel many of the mysteries and misconceptions of the law. Special attention will be focused on learning how to avoid the many traps and pitfalls in the alarm/guard industry which invariably and unfortunately lead to litigation and put your business at risk.
The Course will be personally instructed by Attorney Michael J. Revness, Esq. Attorney Revness has extensive experience in the alarm/guard industry, and is General Counsel to the Pennsylvania Fire & Burglar Alarm Association. He drafts contracts for the industry; litigates cases; and handles purchases and sales of subscriber accounts and other business issues specific to the industry. Further, Attorney Revness is an accomplished and sought-after public speaker.
